Description and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in key IT applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to manage data, create reports, and support cross-functional communication. In this role you will need to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between departments. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high standard of organization will be essential.

To excel in this role, you should be a proactive problem-solver, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach are key to building strong relationships with team members at all levels.

Primary Duties and responsibilities:

  • Point of contact and operational lead between ISG NA Sales and Alliance software partners for software quote creation and management
  • Track, report and manage quotes through the sales lifecycle
  • Act as escalation point for ISG sellers, channel and Software Alliance partners resolving sku setup, quoting and other internal operational processes
  • Support the ISG NA Field and BDMs on opportunity pursuit
  • Subject matter expert on Software Alliance licensing and products plus internal Lenovo operational processes
  • Work closely with ISG NA Product Management and WW Product Management on back-office processes for ISG Software products covered by the ISG NA Alliance team
  • Support internal training and awareness activities with the ISG Field and Channel teams
  • Maintenance and hygiene of Software Alliance team tracking and reporting
  • ISG NA Point person for internal Lenovo and external Software Alliance partners covering licensing, activation and entitlements
