Primary Duties and responsibilities:
- Point of contact and operational lead between ISG NA Sales and Alliance software partners for software quote creation and management
- Track, report and manage quotes through the sales lifecycle
- Act as escalation point for ISG sellers, channel and Software Alliance partners resolving sku setup, quoting and other internal operational processes
- Support the ISG NA Field and BDMs on opportunity pursuit
- Subject matter expert on Software Alliance licensing and products plus internal Lenovo operational processes
- Work closely with ISG NA Product Management and WW Product Management on back-office processes for ISG Software products covered by the ISG NA Alliance team
- Support internal training and awareness activities with the ISG Field and Channel teams
- Maintenance and hygiene of Software Alliance team tracking and reporting
- ISG NA Point person for internal Lenovo and external Software Alliance partners covering licensing, activation and entitlements
