We are currently looking for Intermediate and Senior Level Acquisition Analysts to support our Missile Defense Agency customer in Huntsville, Alabama. Candidates must be willing to relocate.

You must be capable of applying managerial, technical, and business knowledge and judgment to acquisition program management, legislative affairs, and international issues related to complex weapon systems. You will workas a member of a team and assists with solving complex problems.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with the development of Statements of work
• Develop and create Technical Evaluations
• Perform analysis on hours and variance between hours proposed, Government position, and Prime Contractors Subcontracts Evaluation position to support Contract Negotiations.
• Perform reconciliations between Prime Contractor bid and individual Subcontractors proposals to identify variances and cost increases
• Provide interpretation and execution of MDA Acquisition policy, directives, guidance, and instructions
• Provide program management support in developing, maintaining, and reporting against program baselines, gathering and analyzing programmatic data for internal Agency oversight reviews of programs (e.g., BAR, DPR, PER, PMRs, internal reviews)
• Prepare briefings and correspondence in response to internal taskings and external RFIs (e.g., GAO/Congressional/DoDIG/DoD oversight organizations).

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

• Must currently reside in the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate

• Active Secret Clearance

• Senior Level
  • Master's degree or 15 years of relevant experience in a Federal government environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced level proficiency using Excel spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of procurement and contracting
  • Experience in the DoD system acquisition life cycle

• Intermediate Level
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 10 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
