Pak Pro originated in 1954 as a printing department of the Coats and Clark Company. Initially it was created to print the labels and packaging needed for products manufactured by Coats and Clark. The first sales to outside customers occurred in 1967. The company became Pak Pro in 2005 and represents 64 years of continuous packaging service and experience.
Pak Pro is located in Toccoa, Georgia in an 110,000 square foot facility. There are 60,000 square feet of production area, 40,000 square feet of warehousing and 10,000 square feet of office space. In the production of folding cartons, Pak Pro utilizes both sheet fed lithography presses and flexo presses that have in line die cutting. In addition to the in line cutting capability of the flexo equipment, we also have a H105 die cutter for the sheet fed. The finishing department has two window machines for window film application and four gluing machines capable of producing a wide range of carton styles.
