We currently have an opportunity for an RN Business Development Manager to support our Queens and Long Island client groups. The role of the RN Business Development Manager will broaden the companys market share and achieve set goals by establishing and implementing strategies, associated presentations, sales training curriculums, and service programs and referral processes relative to the regions assigned business. The Business Development Manager will establish relationships with key referral sources and maintain and monitor customer satisfaction through routine face to face and telephonic contacts. Qualifications: Education: College degree or satisfactory work experience in lieu of a college degree. Graduate of a School of Nursing or College with an accredited RN Program. Valid and unencumbered RN license required. Work Experience: Minimum of five years of Home Care experience as a Home Care Nurse or Business Development Manager. Two to three years of program and business development experience in a comparably sized company. Ability to use computerized systems. Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to execute a strategic plan and marketing strategy. Exemplary customer service skills. Ability to provide group presentation using power point and other presentation medias Essential Job Responsibilities: Develops and implements a marketing strategy designed to achieve Corporate objectives established in conjunction with the Vice President of Business Development. Analyzes the potential of the companys / regions service area to determine new market targets specific and other contract sources. Succeeds in achieving weekly points of contact and revenue goals established. Generates referrals for services through an established marketing strategy and contacts. Meets and communicates the marketing strategy with the regions Management team. Evaluates and trends inquiry and case conversion statistics. Trends referral source complaints and monitors satisfaction. Implement the contact strategy specific to service contracts and coordinate staff efforts. Maintain modified client caseload as assigned. Responsible for intake of all private pay and insurance cases along with all appropriate paperwork. Participate as required in contract meetings, team meetings and client case conferences. Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered .
