TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.


The TKO program is seeking an ISSO to support the DCS TTO, an effort that involves the re-engineering of a deployable defensive sensor platform to a cloud-based, containerized solution. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining 2+ SSPs, coordinating patching processes, reviewing audit logs, troubleshooting issues, and reviewing and updating security controls. Must be familiar with the customers security workflow process.

Required Skills/Experience:
• Experience with compliance and certifying a system
• Experience creating, updating and maintaining SSPs
• Familiar with the STE requirements and how to manage that in relation to SSPs
• Ability to write and update SECCONOP
• Ability to draft Systems Boundary/Dataflow Diagrams
• Experience with XACTA, LATTEART, BISCOTTI, CIVET, DARKROAST, CYBORGBUNNY
• Generate BISCOTTI POA&Ms
• Track IAVAs
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to brief senior government and technical experts and leader

Basic Qualifications:
• A High School Diploma or GED plus sixteen (16) years of general systems engineering experience

OR

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.

OR

• A Master’s or PhD degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills/Experience:

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
