    Our Client is hiring a Human Resources (HR) Manager. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, administering benefits, and overseeing the full cycle of recruitment and payroll, for an employee group of 200+ in the manufacturing industry.
    Responsibilities • Supervise the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding contract/contract staff. • Administer the benefits, ensuring all employees are informed about their benefits package. • Manage employee relations, acting as a mediator to resolve any issues and maintain a positive work environment. • Supervise orientations, ensuring all new members are properly introduced to the company and its policies. • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR. • Back up to process payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and promptly. • Supervise the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human resources role, with 3+ as a manager or HRBP. • Proven expertise in compliance and regulations related to human resources • Strong background in managing and improving employee relations • Experience in benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits • Proficiency in managing full cycle payroll processing • Demonstrated success in full cycle recruiting, from job posting to onboarding • Skilled in conducting comprehensive onboarding programs for new staff • Experience in planning and executing orientations for new staff • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Bilingual skills in Spanish a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or related field is preferred
