Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical
5+ years of evaporation, spray drying, or other food equipment experience
2D CAD (AutoCAD) skills and basic 3D (SolidWorks) skills

Must be hardworking and a self-starter, able to organize and tackle a large complex task
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, promoting a balance between remote and in-office work. Up to 25% travel is required. |

The Role Overview:
Senior Process Engineers are the primary individual responsible for leading all engineering efforts (process, structural, mechanical, etc.) for the projects they’re assigned to. Senior Process Engineers will work closely with project management and the design manager to advance their projects through design phases and commissioning. This role assumes an active leadership role on the engineering team and utilizes other members of the team to complete their tasks efficiently and accurately.
Main Responsibilities would include:
On Projects, oversee the timely completion of P&IDs, mass balances, hole & load drawings, DSI equipment specifications; Specify Valves, Pumps, Fans, Heat Exchangers, and Burners; Process Descriptions; Commissioning; Lead special initiatives as required to improve engineering processes; Mentor new engineering team members.
