Ohio Means Jobs Cleveland Cuyahoga County is sourcing for Lawn Maintenance Foreman (multiple roles) for a local landscaping company.
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 an hour contingent on experience

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversee a crew size or 3-5 members
Duties/Responsibilities:
· On-Call for snow removal during winter hours
· Has a basic knowledge of plants, horticulture pruning, lawn and landscape bed maintenance, spring and fall clean up
· Reading blueprints, building flower beds, installing plants, lawns, trees, boulders, and installing mulch in flower beds.
· Proficiently operate a variety of landscaping and construction equipment
· Communicate with clients when necessary and address customer concerns
· Effectively communicates client needs to the Account Manager
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, work site and maintains equipment
· Train crew members to properly use equipment and perform job duties to the Ground Works Land Design standard.
· Performs all other duties as assigned.
Educations and Experience:
· Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
· Able to work successfully with limited supervision
· Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in landscape and grounds keeping
· High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
· Able to lift more than 50 lbs.
· Able to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders for periods of time
· Able to stand for long periods of time
