Your Role
We are looking for an Integration Team Lead to join our agile and international team. In this role, you will oversee and ensure the smooth delivery of partner integration solutions across various regions and business domains. You will facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders, manage project timelines, task assignments, and provide regular performance reports.
As a team leader, you will recruit, develop, and motivate team members, manage workload distribution, and address any team challenges to foster a positive work environment and promote continuous improvement while ensuring high performance, technical excellence, and adherence to best practices.

Your Responsibilities
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to proactively manage expectations, address concerns and align on the scope and priorities of partner integration projects.
- Oversee and guide the implementation of B2B/EDI/API integration solutions, ensuring adherence to internal technical standards and business requirements.
- Drive service delivery excellence by facilitating timely project completion and consistently achieving performance metrics.
- Plan and allocate work assignments to optimize team workload and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project progress, team performance, and key metrics.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and engagement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a learning environment and encouraging knowledge sharing across the global team.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager, including project-specific tasks and organizational initiatives.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Strong ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues from different countries, understanding regional business practices and cultural nuances.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams, focusing on performance management and motivation.
- Skilled in planning, organizing work assignments, and managing workload distribution.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B/EDI/API integration technologies.
