Job Description

DAY TO DAY:

Insight Global is seeking a Benefits Administrator for a large health services client. As a vital member of our Human Resources team, the Benefits Coordinator will serve as a strategic partner, overseeing all aspects of Benefits Administration throughout the talent acquisition and workforce development journey. From onboarding to retirement, you will take ownership of HR operations, ensuring seamless management of employee benefits. Your role will involve optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), meticulously recording transactions to support Fairview Range's overarching goals and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

* Two years' experience in HR Benefits

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field. Comparable experience as a Benefits Analyst or similarly related field may substitute.

* Previous experience with Willis Tower Watson

* Previous experience with HR Payroll Software (Infor or Infor Lawson huge Plus)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PLUSSES:

* Three to Five years' experience in benefits administration

* HRMS experience

* Advanced experience in Microsoft Office

* Benefits cost analysis experience

* Infor experience (previously called Lawson)

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
