Duties:
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Repair or replace defective parts and components, such as brakes and tires.
- Follow repair manuals, technical specifications, and schematics to ensure accurate repairs.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and maintenance performed on vehicles
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and provide recommendations for additional services if needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques
- Ability to perform brake repairs and other mechanical tasks.
-Possession of NC inspectors license a plus.
- Familiarity with dealership service procedures and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact with customers.
