    • Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

    • Monitor and enhance accounting software systems to ensure smooth operation and integration with organizational needs.

    • Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth.

    • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings while maintaining adherence to legal requirements.

    • Lead efforts to improve internal controls and streamline financial processes.

    • Train and mentor accounting staff to maintain a high-performing finance team.

    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management roles.

    • Proficiency in accounting software systems, including QuickBooks.

    • Strong expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

    • Demonstrated ability to perform audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

    • Experience in creating and managing budgets aligned with organizational objectives.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex financial data.

    • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

This role will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all financial operations for the company’s multiple entities.
