Job Description
We are seeking a hard-working Quality Assurance Manager for our growing business. Our QA Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes before the finished products reaches customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train quality assurance staff (inspectors, technicians, other staff)
- Ensure all federal and state legal standards are met.
- Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Conduct internal audits.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or field related to the products being developed required.
- Three to five years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience a plus.
