ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development and implementation of program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance standards.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the program, including technical, financial, and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure that all program objectives are met and that the program remains on schedule and within budget.
- Act as the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on program progress and identify and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and contract requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest innovation technologies and trends and identify opportunities for program growth and improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience, Education, Skills and Abilities:
- Secret clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on government contracts and innovation technologies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements.
