As an Estimator, you play an integral role in the entirety of the estimating process from procurement to bid submittal. This position must be detailed oriented and will be providing construction related inputs into the estimates (e.g., equipment needs, production rates, labor requirements, expertise needed). This position will ensure that all aspects of estimates are considered and included as costs in the estimate. The position works closely with engineering, frontline and project development personnel to provide ancillary support for bid package assembly and submittal.

An Estimator will take on multiple projects, review the specifications and drawings, pull the necessary components together and establish the anticipated cost of the project.

This role has a starting salary range of USD $75,000 up to USD $90,000 Annually before bonus and other incentives.
