PICU/NICU Float Pool:

Have the opportunity to work as an nurse in Cleveland's only Level I Pediatric Trauma PICU and our Level IV NICU.

**Joining the UH Rainbow Babies and Children's PICU/NICU Float team comes with many benefits, including a sign-on bonus of $8,000 for RN's with 1 year inpatient RN experience hired externally.
