We are looking for:
A Company Acccounting Manager, within the Finance Operations team in China and will be based in Shanghai. The incumbent will represent locally the Finance Operations China team and report to Lead Company Accounting & Tax Compliance Manager, Shanghai.
We count on you for:
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting regulations both of IFRS and PRC
- Support the business performance by delivering reliable financial statements and providing advice in accounting and tax transactions
- Deliver local statutory account in respect of the local regulations
- Guarantee the local compliance inside a company (or group of companies) and coordinate the activities with other Finance Service Unit at BKK Service Centre and Business Unit Site Controller
- Oversee the internal control within the companies in charge to ensure the reliability of the financial statement and ensure corrective actions coming from audit reports are implemented
- Identify needs and areas of improvement for performance monitoring and participate to the definition of corrective actions with Company Accounting Director.
- Support and assist projects related to Finance parts or optimize financial process, e.g. M&A, business carve-out, liquidation, integration etc.
- Good knowledge of tax compliance work, assess potential tax risk or measure to reduce tax exposures during daily work
- Closely cooperate with global tax team to ensure a proper implementation of Group tax policy in China (e.g. transfer pricing definition & implement)
- Deal with inquiries and investigation from local tax authorities and maintain relationship with them
- Provides good training and information on tax law changes if needed

You will bring:
- Ability to understand systems architecture and strong IT tools knowledge in SAP ERP, BFC and Microsoft Office, experience at Google is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong responsibilities and be able to work under pressure.
- Experience in MNC environment and ability to interact with stakeholders from all levels across different cultures
- Self-starter, achievement driven to identify, propose and fulfill challenging targets
- Bachelor’s degree or above , Major in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working, manager experience in accounting field is preferred
- Strong Accounting experience especially for fixed assets, costing and reporting background in the scope of manufacturing, and high level of knowledge in New PRC GAAP
- Good knowledge and prior experience in local tax rules would be an added advantage
- Strong experience and solid knowledge on tax filing preparation and review
- Experienced at dealing with tax Authorities, and have good collaboration with external advisors were necessary
- Knowledge of treasury principles is highly preferred
- CPA, CTA, ACCA, CICPA is highly preferred
