Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19 – $22/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am (3 days one week, 4 days the next with a 3 day weekend every other week)

What’s a typical day as a Production Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Setting up machines in preparation for production
• Operating machines and adjusting settings as necessary for smooth operation and quality products
• Loading raw materials
• Inspecting parts with precise measuring tools to ensure quality
• Monitoring and testing machine operation, correcting any issues that occur
• Checking output for machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Maintaining activity logs and keeping records of approved and defective units or final products
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have prior experience as a Production Machine Operator (a plus)
• Have a stable work history
• Have working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools
• Understand and are willing to follow and enforce production procedures
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Can read technical manuals
• Have analytical skills and attention to detail
• Have teamwork and communication skills
• Have physical stamina and strength
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
