Work Schedule POSITION HIGHLIGHTS DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Patient Care Services (PCS) is an integral focus of the strategic plan of HMC. Ongoing strategic initiatives, as well as facilities expansion, and growing strategic service lines necessitates successful planning, prioritizing, and execution of initiatives that improve efficiency, safety, quality, and financial health PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, direct, and evaluate assigned nursing and patient care services areas: Partner with Physician Leaders for clinical and operational excellence (Dyads) REQUIRED ABOUT HARBORVIEW MEDICAL CENTER As the regions only Level I Trauma and verified burn center, Harborview Medical Center is a comprehensive healthcare facility owned by King County and operated by UW Medicine.
