Job Responsibilities
- Creates machining schedules to meet internal and external needs
- Determines amounts of in-process stock and line supplies based on production schedule
- Requisitions required materials as needed
- Meets or exceeds customer deadlines
- Inspects parts for quality assurance and to verify conformance to specifications
- Supervises workers in various capacities to ensure production standards are met
- Identifies and resolves issues independently or in the assistance of staff
- Support and participate in continuous improvement programs for Health, Safety, and Environmental
- Develops, recommends and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and product quality.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and instructions
Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience utilizing probability and statistical inference and ability to apply concepts to real-time situations
- 2 year of manufacturing experience
- Experience in a continuous improvement environment
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $22.50 - $27.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
