Fixed-Term Renewable Position Summary: The EMSS Manager serves as the
team lead facilitator for the EMSS division in its use of technology and
other such tools to improve processes to ensure the division meets its
goals related to recruitment and retention of students. This person will
collaborate across the unit and the campus to analyze, interpret, and
present data to inform projects and initiatives that will improve
enrollment and student success. This position will focus on leveraging
and integrating technology tools such as Salesforce, Navigate, Granular,
and ATP to ensure we have data to drive strategy and campus adopts and
utilizes technology tools to improve student outcomes. This position
will support the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and
Marketing (AVCEMM) in planning, goal setting, prioritization, and
assessment of enrollment and student success initiatives. UW Oshkosh
