This is a benefited, full time position working 8-hr shifts Monday – Friday with variable start times between 7am-8:30am with a 30 minute lunch. No weekends or holidays. Located at the Anderson Medical Pavilion (AMP) in La Jolla.

What you'll do:
- Perform technical skills to accurately assess the status of each patient
- Educate patients and document patient interactions
- Practice infection control
- Contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care
- Perform EKGs
- Place external monitors
- Support AICD & pacemaker clinic by rooming patients and prepping charts
- Prepare patients for cardiac Stress Testing
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- 6 months experience performing 12 lead EKG's .
- Basic EKG training is required.
Required Certification/Registration:
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- 4-6+ months experience performing stress testing.
- Cardiology experience.
- EKG Tech experience.
