JOB REQUIREMENTS: Local Company, Global Impact! Carlson Tool &
Manufacturing is seeking an experienced 1st Shift Lead Tool Maker to
build and service high performance tooling for the Plastic Injection
Industry. Our services include design, build, refurbishment, and reverse
engineering to support the Consumer Goods, Medical, Automotive, and

related to Plastic Injection Molds. Journeyman Tool & Die Maker. Provide
mentorship to our up-coming Tool Makers. Ability to deal with a wide
range of people and personalities in a manner that continuously reflects
a positive team-based work environment. Ability to read, interpret and
analyze engineering designs and computer-based CAD plans and models.
Able to work under time pressure and prioritize project requirements.
