Responsibilities




The Facilities Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day to day operations of the maintenance department. He/She works with the department director/manager, administrative team members, and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital corporation. Communicates effectively, in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors. Inputs and retrieves computerized data.


Qualifications




Education and Work Experience:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required

2. 3 years experience in secretarial duties or Facilities repair & maintenance operations

3. Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, TMS: Preventative Maintenance System, etc)

4. Strong organizational skills required
