Posting Summary | Manage all day-to-day ticket operations for the Athletic Department, including game day tickets for men’s and women’s basketball, hockey, soccer and lacrosse. Responsible for driving ticket sales to grow revenue for the department of athletics, ensuring that financial settlements, ticket software maintenance, marketing campaigns and assistance in event management are executed consistently and efficiently. Monitor, analyze and interpret ticket sales data and revenue generation. Supervise ticket operations staff and temporary employees, including interns. |
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and two – four years’ related experience. Demonstrated commitment to issues of social justice and diversity required. |

Anticipated Pay Range | $50,000 to $60,000/year |
