Sales Incentive Strategy Lead, Apple Ads

We are seeking a highly motivated and data driven Sales Incentive Strategy Lead to build revenue models, performance analytics and diagnostic insights that drive the sales incentive program design. In this role, you will work within our Apple Ads Sales Operations team to understand our corporate goals, go-to-market plans and product activation strategies to develop insights that drive growth for our advertising business.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of solving complex analytical problems and positively influencing business outcomes. You’ll develop revenue and growth models to analyze business growth and incentive plan effectiveness. You’ll provide ongoing analysis and performance metrics to understand business performance and drive sales program strategy and develop key narratives and solutions that provide guidance on regional operations. This role will partner with multiple cross-functional teams, including Sales, Analytics, and Finance to deliver top-notch plan communication and reporting.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, strategy and operations or consulting roles with a strong track record of solving complex analytical problems and positively influencing business outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving and modeling skills.
- Solid understanding of the digital ad ecosystem
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience using data to support business decisions
- BA/ BS in business administration, finance, mathematics, economics, data science or other quantitative fields
