    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to review and improve comprehensive quality assurance strategies for both hardware and software products for a contract project. This role involves overseeing end-to-end quality processes, ensuring all products meet rigorous industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.  Responsibilities:  Development and review of quality standards, testing protocols, and best practices for both hardware and software.  Realizing of rigorous quality assurance testing for hardware and software products.  Collaborate with engineering, product, and development teams to ensure quality integration at every stage of the product lifecycle.  Identify and mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry-specific standards.  Track and report on quality metrics, ensuring timely resolution of defects and inefficiencies.  Implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in quality management processes.
    Proven experience in hardware and software quality assurance.  Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and standards.  Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.  Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
