About the Role:

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Set Up - Mills to join our team at our facility located in Hatfield, PA. As a CNC Machinist Set Up - Mills, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills, specifically 3-4 axis VMC and 5+ axis VMC machines. You will also be responsible for performing machine setups for production runs. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills, including 3-4 axis VMC and 5+ axis VMC machines
Perform machine setups for production runs
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Select and install cutting tools and fixtures
Adjust machine settings to ensure proper performance and accuracy
Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications
Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) machines
Experience with CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) machines
Ability to perform machine setups for production runs
Knowledge of machine brands such as Kitamura, Dmg Mori Seiki, and Chiron
Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Prior experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred
You should be proficient in:
Machine Setups for Production Runs
Machines & technologies you'll use:
CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Kitamura, Dmg Mori Seiki, Doosan)
CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
