Description:
You will be the Cross-Site Technical Lead for the F-35 Reprogramming Organization. Our team is responsible for managing and advancing the capabilities of F-35 reprogramming laboratories across multiple sites. We ensure seamless coordination, technical support, and strategic alignment to meet the evolving needs of mission data testing and system upgrades.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading cross-functional technical initiatives to support reprogramming laboratories' operations and infrastructure.
• Creating and documenting proposals, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and schedules for program delivery.
• Optimizing resources and coordinating technical refreshes, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Supporting requirements engineering to align technical solutions with mission testing needs.

• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.

• Expertise with advanced integrated avionics systems and RF stimulators.
• F35 experience strongly desired.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with avionics, test lab or development engineering.
• Technical system level operations, maintenance and/or troubleshooting experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
Desired Skills:
• Team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with domestic and international military organizations.
• F35 or 5th Gen Avionics experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
