The CRM Senior Manager will be responsible for delivering a high quality B2B sales experience for our Sales and Marketing teams globally, driving revenue uplift through process efficiency and optimization across digital sales technologies. You will manage the digital solutions strategy, delivery and user adoption for systems and processes for our Sales and Marketing operations globally, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM at the core to manage our customer relationships and growth opportunities. As well as leading our Sales Center of Excellence, this individual will work across Donaldson's industries and global locations to understand needs, challenge and manage expectations and recommend organizational and process change to executive leadership.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the global Sales CoE to define and deliver the strategy and roadmap for customer and sales facing digital solutions across the global Donaldson business.
Own the selling and buy-in of the CRM product roadmap to executive leadership and secure the necessary sponsorship, funding and resources needed to implement and support.
Determine the capabilities needed to support an effective sales organization now and in preparation for the future and determine the best mode for these whether enterprise wide or as niche requirements within specific business units, managing both conflict and compliance.
Oversee the capture and prioritization of detailed business requirements and work with Global IT and Sales organizations to achieve delivery excellence in meeting the roadmap objectives.
Identify, monitor, analyze and act on sales success, adoption and usage metrics to implement the necessary training and change management in support of process and technology deliverables.
Identify and curate a Key Opinion Leader network across the organization and manage this effectively to capture trends and demand within our business and to implement effective change across the sales teams.
Bring insights and understanding of emerging business process trends and sales execution metrics to executive stakeholders, encouraging and enabling continuous evolution and modernization across sales businesses.
Inspire, manage, coach and develop a diverse team of analysts, operations leads, sales coaches and field representatives, taking responsibility for the performance and engagement of your team and the broader sales community.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of related Sales/Marketing experience
5+ years of experience in sales management or sales operations leading teams to deliver successful B2B Sales and Marketing operations
3+ years of CRM/CXM sales process and customer management digital solution experience
Experience working within GDPR and similar compliance frameworks to safeguard individual consent and protect personal data
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications:
Related experience in an industrial manufacturing or life science industry
Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM
Strong communication and negotiation skills achieving both consensus and agreement across diverse geographies, cultures and industries
Demonstrable knowledge of sales process architecture, data architecture, application development and configuration with experience in large-scale application integration efforts
Understanding of Agile operating models driving towards Continuous Improvement/Continuous Delivery
3rd party and offshore Vendor Management experience including contracting, financial management and performance review against value-based delivery objectives
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM, Oracle EBS, Adobe Marketo or OneTrust privacy solutions
