You will
Lead a System Engineering team in the technical definition and integration
support for USSF Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI)
program. The OTTI program is developing live and synthetic range capabilities
across the Space and Cyberspace Domains which will interoperate with ranges
from the Air and Land domains. Develop and manage the enterprise level
technical baseline of the OTTI effort using digital engineering tools
including Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools for requirements,
behaviors, architecture, and interface specifications, requirements
tools such as Next Gen Doors or JAMA. Guide the establishment of
partnerships/ relationships at all levels of leadership within the OTTI
organization. Interact with USSF Field Command, HQ USSF, SAF, Mission
Partners and Range customers across the DOD and other National Range
customers. Specific tasks Include but are not limited to:
• Leading recurring meetings to establish cross architecture level trade
studies and developing common interoperable architectures across the OTTI
Integrated Program Office (IPO)
• Engage in general systems engineering and integration efforts across the
OTTI IPO
