JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Innova Solutions is
immediately hiring a Phlebotomist II. Position Type: Full Time, Contract
to possible hire Duration: 3+ Months Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday
Location: Milwaukee Wisconsin 53208 As a Phlebotomist, your
responsibilities: \* Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens,
centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination,
updating patient information, etc. \* Collects and stores specimens
according to established procedures. \* Matches laboratory requisition
forms to specimen tubes. Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens
as required by test order. \* Properly explains in a clear but courteous
manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other
specimen collection (ex. urine or fecal) as required. \* Demonstrate
technique/s using straight needles and/or butterfly needles. \* Attend
annual department trainings. Answer telephone calls, read laboratory
results to satisfy inquiries. Education and Experience: \* At least 2-4
years of phlebotomy experience. \* Valid Phlebotomy certification.

Range\*: \$18.00/hr. to \$22.00/hr. \*Pay range offered to a successful
