Job Description

Part-Time Payroll/Accounts Payable Administrator
Corporate - Remote

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.
Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly/semi-monthly payroll for over 200 employees.
Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system.

Establish/maintain employee records.
Update and maintain the paid time off accruals.
Follow up with employee inquiries regarding timekeeping, paid time off, payroll, and taxes.
Transmit the 401k/H.S.A contributions each pay period and SCA quarterly payments.
Track and reconcile continuing education reimbursements.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Processing of 1099’s.
Assist in month end closing.
Assist with other projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of payroll processing experience.
High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Associates degree preferred.
Proficient with ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Office programs, and Outlook.
Strong customer service and accounting skills.
Accounting experience required.
Accounts payable experience required.
Experience with Unanet preferred.
Must be a US Citizen.
