JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Medica is a non-profit health insurance
company headquartered in Minnetonka with offices in Madison and Omaha.
The company is active across the heart of America and provider health
care coverage in multiple markets. Medica is engaged in our communities
through the charitable grant-making work of the Medica Foundation and
through active employee giving and volunteer programs. Medica will host
a 12-week, paid Internship Program. Interns will have the opportunity to
network within Medica and with other Interns through weekly
Lunch-and-Learns and opportunities to hear from Executives. We strive to
offer a well-rounded education of the inner workings of a health plan.
Each internship offers a meaningful experience and impactful projects
you will be able to discuss with future employers. At Medica, we look
forward to our Summer Internship Program each year. Department
Introduction: Medica\'s Videography Graphic Design Intern is responsible
for managing the production of video content for MX Department. In this
position, you will oversee the entire video production process, from
brainstorming ideas to final editing. You will also be expected to work
closely with the Creative Director and Senior Designers to ensure that
the videos align with the company\'s overall branding and messaging.
Qualifications: Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree Skills
and Abilities: Mastery of Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator,
Photoshop and Premier Pro Professional written, verbal and interpersonal
communication skills Excellent organizational and team player skills
Strong self-management skills and ability to prioritize and manage time
Proficient technical/computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft
Office This position is a Remote role. The employee must be located in
any state in which Medica is an employer and can work remotely 100% of
the time. There will be opportunities to come onsite to our Minnetonka
