We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Customer Service Representative.
This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic work schedule and opportunities for growth. The role involves supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage daily schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform office functions such as scheduling appointments, processing invoices, and managing data entry tasks.
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational standards.
• Support training initiatives by participating in onboarding sessions and providing guidance to team members.
• Monitor shipping functions and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, manage documentation, and track operational metrics.
• Execute standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Proven experience in customer service and office operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and company policies.
• Familiarity with shipping functions and invoice processing.
• Understanding of discrimination laws and affirmative action plans.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
