Job Title: Senior Wireless Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot wireless communications issues.
Coordinate mobile device orders, activation, provisioning, and deployment.
Liaise with wireless carriers and vendors to resolve service incidents and fulfill requests.
Perform inventory management, including physical handling of equipment (up to 50 pounds).
Assist with device configurations and ensure successful device enrollment.
Ensure compliance with technology standards related to security, document transmission, and digital signatures.
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior Level Wireless Support Specialist.
Experience with Carrier Portals, Apple ABM, and Android KNOX.
Strong experience in Enterprise or Solution Architecture.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Project Management and Organization:
Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
Security and Standards:
Ability to articulate and recommend technology standards related to security, document transmission, and digital signatures.
Ensure compliance with NYC Cyber Command Standards.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting policies and procedures.
Ability to understand business requirements and document them into functional specifications.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (architects, developers, engineers, domain experts).
Solid attention to detail.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
