JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private,

and productivity expectations are met. Lutheran Social Services is
currently seeking a Therapist - In Training to join our Family Centered
Treatment (FCT) team. FCT is a home-based method of treatment that
focuses on 4 phases; restructuring, value change, joining and assessing,
and value change. Clinicians in the program see the entire family unit
as defined by the family as the client and conduct several multi-hour
sessions are conduct in the home weekly. The position will serve
families in Eau Claire and surrounding counties. This position performs
work involving clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of
individuals and their family with mental health, substance use, or
co-occurring disorders within the evidenced-based model of FCT. Examples
of services Expected may include (These are examples, not all inclusive,
and all services may not be provided by an individual employee.):
Psychotherapy - Psychotherapy includes the diagnosis and treatment of
mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders, conditions, or addictions
through the application of methods derived from established
psychological or systemic principles for the purpose of assisting people
in modifying their behaviors, cognitions, emotions, and other personal
characteristics, which may include the purpose of understanding
unconscious processes or intrapersonal, interpersonal, or psychosocial
dynamics. Psychotherapy may be provided in an individual or group
setting. Individual and/or Family Psychoeducation - Psychoeducation
services include: Providing education and information resources about
