MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be able to read, write and work with Work Instructions.
2. Must be able to operate low pressure, robotic and manual air spray.  Plasma equipment and supporting equipment,
3. Must be capable of trouble-shooting low pressure, robotic and manual airspray Plasma equipment and supporting equipment. 
4. Must know what powder to use for a particular part.
5. Must be able to use various measuring tools to critical dimensions.
6. Must be capable of performing routine maintenance on plasma equipment.
7. Must be able to read pressure gauges and flow meters.
8. Must be able to complete component setups of low pressure, robotic and manual air spray systems and supporting equipment.

MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum lift floor to waist – 25 pounds
2. Minimum lift waist to shoulder level – 25 pounds
3. Minimum pull – 40 pounds
