JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Wisconsin School of Business (WSB)
seeks a service-focused and outcome-oriented Assistant Director of
Career Management, MSFE and MSBA Programs to join our strong and
energized career management team, reporting to the Associate Director of
Career Management, MSBA & MSFE. This position serves as the primary
career coach for students in the Master of Science in Financial
Economics (MSFE) program and additional career support for the Master of
Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) Program. Responsibilities will
include carrying out strategic vision set by the Associate Director of
Career Management, MSBA & MSFE. This role will also assist the Associate
Director of Career Management, MSBA & MSFE in the design, coordination,
and execution of a variety of career management offerings and services
primarily for the MSFE and MSBA programs. This role also provides
operations support for event planning and financial management of career
management programming. Our Master\'s students are admitted from across
the globe and join our programs with diverse and interesting work and
life experience. This position supports our student\'s career
progression, through delivering workshops and programs, one-on-one
coaching, partnering with University and WSB stakeholders, engaging WSB
alumni, and more. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy varied work

Responsibilities: Coordinates and delivers career development
programming, resource materials, and/or advising to students and alumni.
Educates students, alumni, and other stakeholders about career
development and opportunities and maintains relationships to aid in
effective career planning. Supervises unit staff and/or has significant
program management authority/responsibility, and strives to create a
welcoming, equitable, and inclusive work environment. 25% Educates or
