Job Description:

We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! As a prep cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring all food is ready for cooking. You’ll play a key role in making sure the kitchen operates smoothly, providing essential support to our chefs and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and chop vegetables, fruits, meats, and other ingredients as needed

• Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistency

• Organize and store ingredients properly to ensure freshness

• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

• Assist in assembling and plating dishes during service

• Ensure all prep work is completed before the start of service

• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health regulations

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or prep cook experience preferred but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
