Technical Solutions Consulting Manager, Security and Privacy

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering or technical consulting, and 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
  • 2 years of experience managing a team of technical professionals.
  • 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of software development processes (e.g., CI/CD) and tooling.
  • Knowledge of one or more large public clouds with a focus on security and privacy.
  • Understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, security, and privacy domains.

About the job

In this role, you will work closely with partner teams within Security and Privacy for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alphabet (SPMA), Enterprise Infrastructure Protection (EIP), Enterprise Security (ES), and beyond, to build, maintain, and leverage executive-level partnerships with key Google Product Areas (PAs) and bets to continuously improve the security posture of critical post-close Google acquisitions and bets.
