JOB REQUIREMENTS: Industrial Maintenance Technician 2724 W Hampton Ave,
Milwaukee, WI 53209, USA Req #153 Wednesday, April 24, 2024 AMSOIL,
formally known as Benz Oil, is now hiring for an Industrial Maintenance
Technician! In this role, you will perform troubleshooting, preventive &
corrective maintenance activities on machinery, HVAC equipment, as well
as company facilities and equipment. This includes completing minor
building repairs, carpentry, machinery repairs, electrical repairs, tank
cleaning, and tank maintenance and facility inspections. This position
reports to the Plant Manager at our manufacturing facility in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin. Core Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot electrical
and mechanical components on processing and packaging equipment.
Maintain interior and exterior appearance and structure of buildings and
grounds. Ensure the maintenance and repairs of production material
handling equipment including forklifts, pallet riders, and fleet
vehicles. Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs. Coordinate work orders
with contractors. Position Requirements: High school diploma or
equivalent Two-year technical degree in Industrial Automation,
Industrial Maintenance Mechanics, Welding, Small Engine Repair,
Millwright, Auto Mechanics, Facility Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical field
or Mechanical field Minimum of 3 years of related work experience or
equivalent combination of related training and experience Strong safety
mindset Valid driver\'s license, clean driving record and the ability to
be insurable for company vehicles Strong electrical and mechanical
aptitude Basic computer skills Available to work 40 hours/week Monday -
Friday 7am to 3pm Preferred Requirements: Experience with CMMS
system\[s\] Familiarity with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Experience servicing forklifts and other material handling equipment
Experience working in a manufacturing environment Benefits: Paid time
