    As a growing organization, we rely on a strong and responsive IT team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Help Desk Administrator to join our team and take charge of our user support systems and help desk operations.

    • Administer and monitor the help desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of support requests
    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, hardware, and networks
    • Prioritize and escalate issues to appropriate IT staff when necessary
    • Maintain accurate documentation of user issues, system changes, and resolutions
    • Manage user account setup and maintenance (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
    • Perform software installations, updates, and system configurations
    • Monitor IT asset inventory and assist with equipment deployment and tracking
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
    • Generate reports on help desk metrics and identify trends for improvement
    • Maintain IT knowledge base and create user guides and FAQs
    • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
    • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments
    • Experience with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshservice, ServiceNow)
    • Understanding of Active Directory, user account management, and permissions
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Customer service-oriented mindset and attention to detail
