everyday! Senior Director, Future Offering Design Location: Middleton,
WI (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Are you passionate about

seeking a visionary Senior Director to drive growth and excellence in
our offerings. What You\'ll Do Own the Vision: Develop and execute the
product strategy and offering architecture for assigned categories,
ensuring alignment with Fiskars\' business strategy. Lead with Impact:
Manage and inspire a team of Offering Managers, driving innovation and
excellence across product categories. Drive Growth: Deliver profitable
business growth through category vision development, pricing strategies,
and SKU efficiency. Create Consumer-Centric Solutions: Build commercial
concepts in collaboration with Brand & Marketing to ensure successful
product launches. Collaborate for Success: Partner with sales teams,
monitor market trends, and engage with lighthouse customers to identify
opportunities. Measure and Improve: Oversee category performance through
regular portfolio reviews and lead actions to drive continuous
improvement. What You Bring Master\'s degree in business, economics, or
a relevant field. 10+ years of international experience in offering
management, marketing, sales, or business development. Proven leadership
in matrix organizations with a passion for growing and mentoring talent.
Strong strategic thinking, with experience translating strategy into
actionable results. Deep understanding of consumer business in relevant
categories (wholesale and direct). Fluent in English; knowledge of
Finnish, Polish, or German is a plus. Ability to travel up to 25%
