Job Overview: The IT Sr. Systems Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of IT Healthcare Compliance & regulatory systems to meet the business needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders in our Compliance Department to identify system requirements, evaluate existing systems, and provide recommendations for improvement. The IT Systems Analyst ensures that systems are efficient, reliable, and secure while supporting the overall IT infrastructure of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Analysis and Design:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify system needs.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and implement IT systems and processes to support regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with developers and IT teams to implement and integrate new systems and/or enhancements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Technical Support and Maintenance:
- Provide technical support for compliance-related systems and applications.
- Coordinate with outside vendors on regular system maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compliance systems and processes.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Develop user manuals, guides, and training materials.
- Project Management:
- Manage projects related to regulatory compliance, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Track project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to senior management.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with IT teams, developers, and Compliance business team to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Compliance & Regulations or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT system analysis, preferably in the healthcare Compliance industry. Or related Regulatory Compliance & Audit experience
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in system analysis, design and implementation with any GRC tool in healthcare industry or compliance area
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of design, development and testing of end to end solutions and integrations
- Power BI experience a plus
- Soft Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives at a time
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range: $67,725 - $155,508 / ANNUAL
