Carriage House Nursing and Rehab is looking for caring Certified Nursing Assistants to care for our fantastic residents and patients.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, kiosks, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.
- Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Charge/Staff Nurse as soon as practical.
- Receive the nursing report upon reporting on/off duty and maintain other records as directed.
- Perform and/or assist resident with all hygienic and grooming functions, including dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, shaving, bowel and bladder functions.
- Check residents routinely to assure that their personal care needs are being met per the plan of care.
- Provide residents with Social Interactions.
- Present a positive image of the facility to all customers, such as job applicants, families, and the community.
- Other duties as assigned.
Our candidates will possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff.
Educational requirements:
- State certified nursing assistant OR successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
- Prior experience as nursing assistant preferred but not required.
