Organization Overview: The Goddard Riverside Community Center (Goddard Riverside) and the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) are well-established Manhattan community-based agencies that support services to approximately 30,000 New Yorkers. Position Summary: Reporting to the Assistant Director of Workforce Development and Education, the Participant Admissions Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that will yield Isaacs Center 500-600 interested students annually. The Participant Admissions Coordinator will utilize strategic partnerships with community-based organizations, social media, alumni to achieve recruitment targets. The Participant Admissions Coordinatorwill work with staff from specific programs and the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator to develop, streamlining and constantly improve admissions projects that ease access to programming for prospective students and allow the organization to consistently source interested and qualified young adults.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
