Business Process Re-engineer, Enterprise Decision Making

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional transformation projects including operating model, process, business case, and technology-enabled transformations or related processes.
  • Experience in Blueprinting, Design, and Implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP solutions).
  • Experience in designing systems architecture for ERP platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing forums with senior stakeholders and enabling effective decision making.
  • Ability to shift between business-focused conversations with a financial leader to a technology-focused conversation with a technology team.
  • Ability to learn new processes and business functions.

About the job

The Finance Business Process Reengineering (FinBPR) team is responsible for providing thought leadership, best practices, and expertise for business-led transformation initiatives supporting process improvement and automation. The team of architects envision better processes, build them, reliably operate them, and then continually improve upon them. The team uses technology to streamline and drive processes that are essential to keeping the organization operating.

As a FinBPR team member supporting enterprise decision making, you will be responsible for managing architecture boards to support the decision making process while adhering to guiding principles. You will work with stakeholders at all levels to identify key design decisions, support building recommendations, and facilitate alignment. You will also be responsible for enabling, monitoring, and measuring the decision making across multiple organization levels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with Finance, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners to drive Enterprise decision making and manage the decision forums.
  • Drive key design decisions among both business and functional stakeholders by partnering with business leaders, as well as functional and technology leaders.
  • Identify areas of improvement, research best practices, and offer guidance and recommendations for process changes and potential solutions.
  • Support decision making framework to enable a more effective decision making process.
