The Clinical Manager oversees the daily clinical and administrative operations of designated unit(s). The Clinical Manager prepares staff schedules, requests, and allocates resources and ensures that patient care is aligned with the goals, mission, and vision of Tufts Medicine.

Qualifications:
Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
2. Massachusetts RN Licensure.
3. Four (4) years of RN experience in a Trauma Center.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
2. Two (2) years of Management Experience.
3. Six (6) years of RN experience in a Trauma Center.
