Allegient Defense is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development, and we are growing quickly. We are looking for a Mid-Level Program Analyst to support one of our government clients. 


Essential Job Functions

  • Assist the Program Manager with management and oversight of program objectives
  • Assist in coordinating conferences, demonstrations, expositions, events, meetings, technical reviews, etc.
  • Maintaining briefings; and assisting in coordinating input for data calls, such as budget exhibit submissions, congressional requests for information and budgetary  drills.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining key documents and master plans that incorporate all relevant studies and analyses
  • Support technical management of programs including acquisition plan development, representation of the government project manager where required, and assessment of performance in terms of technical objectives, costs and schedule.
  • Support the management and execution of programs by updating Task Planning Sheets, Mission Model Canvas sheets, quad sheets, Fact Sheets and drafting portfolio review slides
  • Assist in the development of databases for technical and programmatic tracking of key deliverables and milestones.
  • Assist in the preparation of program status reports and after-action reports following major program reviews or key events, as required.
  • Support preparation of draft briefing materials, meeting/trip agendas, reports, correspondence, and action item tracking.
Requirements

Education Requirement: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Education Credit: A master’s degree from an accredited college or university may be substituted for two (2) years of   experience.

Experience Requirements: 

  • Seven (7) years of experience in engineering,   mathematics, or science, including biology, chemistry, computer science, and   physics.
  • Recent experience (last 5 years) in federal   acquisition and budgeting.
  • Experience in evaluating and developing   analytical models, procedures, and techniques.
  • Experience in executing and reviewing   technical studies, analysis, and design activities.

Desired Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD RDT&E program/budget exhibits & RDT&E strategic plans.
